Friday nights in Consett just found their frequency.
This is our youth-led takeover night — a space where young people shape the vibe, choose the playlist, and hang out without pressure, labels, or awkward small talk.
No dress code.
No expectations.
No need to be anyone other than yourself.
We open the doors.
You bring the energy.
Together, we make the magic.
Expect glow lighting, laid-back music corners, games, and chill zones for when you just want to sit and talk nonsense with your people.
It’s part youth club, part social night, part “finally, somewhere I actually feel comfortable.”
Refreshments available from the Glo Bar — bubble tea, milkshakes, noodles, sweet treats and snacks (all optional, zero pressure).
🕕 6pm – 9pm
💛 £1 entry (because belonging shouldn’t cost a fortune)
📍 The GloHouse, Consett

Designed for connection, confidence, and community.
If you’ve ever felt like the black sheep — welcome to the flock.
Spaces can fill quickly. Come find your frequency ✨

Powered by pizza, playlists and a little bit of Lottery magic ✨🍕🎶
Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, Friday Night Frequencies keeps the lights glowing for local young people aged under 16 every Friday at The GloHouse.
Part youth club and part safe little corner of belonging… Friday Night Frequencies is where young people come to sing, dance, create content, make friends, drink bubble tea and just exist without pressure to “fit in.”
Less beige. More belonging. 💛
