Our slightly chaotic, neon-soaked little HQ in the heart of Consett… where paint ends up on sleeves, playlists get louder than intended, confidence quietly sneaks back into the room, and young people are encouraged to take up space exactly as they are.
This is where the magic happens!
Not the polished, perfect kind of magic... The real kind.
The kind made from glow paint, graffiti pens, bubble tea, belly laughs, wonky ideas, karaoke chaos, deep chats, giant cardboard creations, and young people finally feeling like they belong somewhere.
The GloHouse was built to be the opposite of cold community halls and beige back rooms. We wanted colour. Noise. Warmth. Creativity. A space that feels more like stepping into another world than walking into a workshop.
Everything we do starts here.
The murals. The music. The friendships. The confidence boosts. The Friday night madness. The quiet moments. The “I didn’t think I could do that” moments.
So this page?
It’s not just a gallery.
It’s a little window into the heartbeat of what we do. 💛
